With February 10th quickly approaching, Team Stargate Worlds gets ready to celebrate the launch of the highly anticipated game.

Team Stargate Worlds is excited to announce that the first of a line of Stargate themed video games will be released on February 10th, 2010. Titled Stargate: Resistance, this third-person online game is set in the Stargate Universe. Players will join teams and fight other online users, and their teams, with the goal of controlling the galaxy across the various worlds. "I want to personally thank everyone for their enthusiasm and support. It's incredibly exciting to be releasing our first game as a studio, especially with such a great license," said Shane Hensley, President of the Studio. Stargate: Resistance has been highly anticipated in the online gaming world since the game was first announced back on December 2009. The game will be available (for now) only on the PC.

Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment and FireSky both partnered up with Team Stargate Worlds and its drivers Simona De Silvestro and teammate Frankie Muniz for the 2009 Atlantic Championship season.
