Team Stargate Worlds' De Silvestro and Bomarito go into the penultimate event of the season looking for strong finishes

Team Stargate World duo of Simona De Silvestro and Jonathan Bomarito opened up this weekends race at the famed Road Atlanta track with strong qualifying efforts.  Going into this weekend's event De Silvestro still leads in the championship points lead but the Newman Wachs duo of Jonathan Summerton and John Edwards are hot on her tail and are making it an interesting points chase.  De Silvestro would go on to qualify in the third spot after being in fourth for most of the qualifying session.

For Jonathan Bomarito, his Team Stargate World debut was impressive and the California native immediately showed his talents and by the end of the session Bomarito ended up at a very respectable fourth place. Considering this is his first time in a new team and a new car, the accomplishment was that more rewarding
